Edith Cavell – Townhouses

Seven two bedroom townhouses adjacent to Edith Cavell allow residents to live independently, but with the reassurance of knowing that medical care is available if or when desired. Many townhouse residents continue to drive and live full lives within the Sumner and Christchurch community.

All townhouses have large lounges with a double bedroom off the lounge and full en suite bathroom, which connects to a second bedroom. Four townhouses have internal access garage/workshops and three have road facing views. All have full kitchen and laundry facilities, and each is decorated in individual, warm neutral colours. All units have call bells which are monitored 24 hours a day by registered nurses. Regular nursing services can be available if required, and arrangements can be made for meals, laundry and housekeeping.

Each townhouse has its own garden and lawn area which is taken care of by Peter, our gardener, although residents are welcome to help tend to their own gardens if they wish.

Two bedroom townhouses are available on an occupation right agreement (ORA), and prices range from $395,000 - $425,000.
